Carefully place the unused fragrance in its original designer box and use a sturdy shipping carton with protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

Affix the provided return label or ship via a trackable carrier of your choice to our distribution center, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.

Inspection and Refund

Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
